I believe that everyone has a story to explore.

I believe that music therapy can enhance the ability of every individual to express their thoughts, emotions, and ultimately, their lives more fully.

I also believe that we as music therapists and small business owners need support in order to more fully express our own stories as we create space for others to do the same.

Through my work,

  • I shine a spotlight on your strengths.

  • I celebrate new ideas, differing opinions, and lifelong learning.

  • I find connections and commonalities while holding space for dissonance.

  • I support you in grounding yourself in joy and gratitude.
